What to expect on an occasion?
We do bodyweight exercises and use different equipments too (kettlebell, band, battlerope, trx, medball), or different natural and artifical elements of the locations (stairs, logs, hills, benches).
Most of the exercises are based on functional movement patterns, allowing to do them easier or even harder if necessary.
Many of the participants are runners and OCR athletes. However this does not mean that the classes are exclusively for those who are preparing for a half-marathon or a Spartan. Anyone can join regardless of their condition or sport history.
Frequently asked questions:
We are aiming to improve different skills. E.g. strength, stamina, coordination. Movement quality is a key for a better moving body. We are not training muscles separately, rather muscle groups, or movements in complex as the body works naturally and ideally.
All the exercises can be broken down making them easier. If there is something you cannot carry out you get a regression. Everybody can do it in their own pace. You can set up your limit and intensity to make it more challenging.
You only need comfortable outfit. Depending on weather and location please consider that it can be dirty.
There is always a car that I take the equipments with.
Always depends on the actual group, as long as there are min. 3 people the training will be held.
