I have been working as a trainer for about 10 years in many gyms. In the end I got committed to outdoor training so we train outside in nature enjoying its beneficial effects all year (fresh air, sunshine, barefoot)

I think it is important that everyone finds a form of exercise that they like and are happy to do. My goal is to make people fall in love with movement, so that everyone can experience the positives that come with it;

– a more aesthetic/athletic appearance,
– better quality of movement,
– pain-free and injury-free movement,
– greater endurance,
– and of course the the well-being and self-confidence that comes with it.

In order to do this, I put a lot of emphasis on moving the whole body during training, so that the movements that occur every day or even during competition do not cause problems.

I believe that our body works most efficiently in a balance – mental and physical – and regular exercise outdoors in the fresh air is an excellent way to achieve this. I try to constantly maintain my fitness, I don't prepare for a specific competition. I don't have a special diet, I don't live according to strict "rules".

The beginnings...

Sport did not play a big role since my childhood.
However I grew up as "motion-machine" child.

When I was around thirty I moved to England for a few years. Started to row in a local team and also signed up for my first triathlon.

The joy of movement...

I have lived in a small group of islands (Isles of Scilly), and rowing championships between the islands was a great fun and excitement among the locals. I wanted to know more about how to train, how to get better.

Started as a gym rat with the classic gym workouts. Then I moved into the world of functional fitness. I was more about to get a useful all-round athletic body rather than concerning about the size of my biceps or how much I can press.

Nowadays...

After I moved back to Hungary, I needed to find something instead of rowing. I have discovered the world of Obstacle Course Running, where you have to be good not only in running but overcoming the obstacles. Carrying, climbing, throwing, etc.

Along with OCR I started trail running as well. I have completed lots of 50+, some 100+ km tracks. In 2019 I have accomplished a tough challenge in the Börzsöny, running 152km with 7100m+ elevation.

Since then I finished more than 100 Spartan or other OCR races, many times finishing in stage within my category.
